Spiritual direction is a ministry of spiritual conversation where a person meets with a spiritual director on a one to one basis.

The core aim of spiritual direction is to help a person discover his/her own deepest desires and to hear the gentle voice of God calling to them in their hearts and in living their faith. To notice and listen to what God might be saying within our deepest selves, can be made a little easier when we have a companion who tries to listen with us.
