"All in the Church are called to holiness."
Lumen Gentium, 39
A vocation is an invitation from God to give oneself in a particular way for the upbuilding of the Church and the sanctification of the world. While each person has a specific calling to live out the call to holiness, at the heart of a vocation is love. Love alone is the motivation to serve as a priest, a consecrated, or a married person.

Priesthood
"The priesthood is the love of the Heart of Jesus" (St. John Vianney). Just as Jesus Christ called some men to follow him as his apostles, He invites some men to lay down their lives so that others may have life.
Consecrated Life
God calls some to pattern their lives more closely after Christ by committing themselves to the evangelical counsels of poverty, chastity, and obedience.
Marriage
"This is what marriage is all about: man and woman walking together, wherein the husband helps his wife to become ever more a woman, and wherein the woman has the task of helping her husband to become ever more a man.
Discernment
