ARE YOU AT RISK? – If you answer YES to 3 or more of the following questions and are UNDIAGNOSED you could be at risk:

• Do you cough up mucus or phlegm?
• Do you cough several times every day and several days a week?
• Do you get breathless from physical work or moderate exercise?
• Do you smoke or have you ever smoked. Are you over the age of 35?
• Is there any history of lung disease in the family?
