Bishop Brendan talks to Fr Noel Kirwan about the Celebration of our Lord’s Passion at 3pm today.  Whilst we enter into the liturgy in a sombre mood and in silence, we find in the darkness that there is so much more;  God’s goodness is revealed in the midst of all of this, in the love that is poured out to us.  Within Jesus’s pain and suffering there is so much goodness, there is a love that can transform us, hence the name ‘Good Friday’.
